    I pull up on the bar after I’ve snugged the bar nuts finger-tite , then adjust the chain-tension and then slowly tighten the nuts with the scrench ... I always make sure the chain is oiled/being oiled properly, most manufacturers say the chain should “sling” oil off the bar tip and this is good...
