I have not been to a strip joint for a long time. Some of the videos I see on the internet have these poles in what look like dance studios. Was it art first and then became the staple of the college student paying her way through nursing school, or the other way around?

Is all the pole dancing that I see now an art thing? Or something else?

I thought about trying out for the Bearded Lady job, but I cant grow much of a beard.
