Well, how do you eat a fish head? Kind of weird to see it back in California I suppose. I always kinda thought fish heads and rice was common in Asian countries. Sorry if that is not the case, but I have seen plenty of movies where that was common.

Thats a good point. A monster buck or bull is cool to look at on your wall, but not good to eat. I never catch big fish, so I dont worry about genetics very much.
