    the "logs" look more like beams/panels and I'd guess they are started at a more severe angle and the tails close/lock as they assume 90 degrees.

    We had ours well over 20 years. I remember having to change the belt(s?) in it once...still worked when we gave it away or sold it (don't recall).

    thanks Jim! Don't have the slightest why it didn't work for me...usually always does.:dontknow: with that much glue I'd say it's pretty sturdy...just not too sure about the little "crack aligner" in the seat.:O
