If you can go through your host's site they may have a browser based FTP access that will allow you to upload the file.

Do you have access to the server that the forum is hosted on? Usually it would be "FTP" access.

Thanks Tim, I got a few tricks up my sleeve. I started the process, but it looks like Butch is going to have to work on it as it required "claiming" the site.

I don't usually access the site through Google, but it does say hacked for me too. When I click the link that says "this site may be hacked" it suggested to following if you're having this happen to your site...

That's where I'd start. Based off of my limited experience with web hosting I think it's got to do with a server and not your forum software.
