Exactly! The last couple I was under bid on paid dearly, both contractor and client.. I am still LMAO at the fools....

OT pays better for the crews ... They do the same here. Let the hazard hit the road and they come out on OT to clean it up

I used to follow up more, but I stopped recent. Almost every bid I did not hear back from went with a lower bid. I close 90 percent of my deals at the estimate face 2 face. If I was hungrier, I would probably do more hard sale. I am better at the soft sale.

Love those calls.... "Remember that tree/limb we talked about.. It failed as you said it would. Can you come soon and deal with it......."
