Dressing cooks off but acts as a glaze. I used to do the same with Mayo, capers, garlic, lemon, S & P, shallot and white wine. Coat fish and grill.

I think it gets a tad easier as they get older. Less apt to get hooked in the head or something as well :lol:

I have run into the same phenomenon Greg. Ever since I had kids, we only get the boat and rods out once a year :( Between all our work schedules and Kat's school schedule, it is pretty much moot otherwise.
