I work out every day up and down slopes for hours at a time often carrying weight like a chainsaw or sumptin... Then I come home and play with the kids....... Lift them up and down.... Then of course there is the ol night push ups and hip thrusting ;):lol::lol::lol:
Before.. Fast was to clean me out. No mo drugs, cigs etc...
Then after a recoup period and put some weight back on, I believe we used atkins... no mixy starch and protein etc.......
And it was a juice fast... 16 oz per day .. but it was rough man
It does work MB.. I have tried it in the past with my GF at the time .. But I am tooo small to lose weight.. LOL So it was more of a health thing at the time for me..
We won't talk about my 40 day fast though.. LOL
