Actually Darkstar you are in better a position than most... Property taxes are the big worry with a mortgage also ... If you have two years backed up.. you can also balance that if your tax return is right.. most people but a few in the majority can say what position you have ... good on ya...

My pitch is from the ol days... An honest days pay for an honest days work .. they eat it up and I follow though iwth that very work ethic... BTW... The groundies that did not believe in this philosophy don't work here no more... I dock for too many breaks ... I pay for hours worked...
