Clients in a rush are my pet hate, call you on a Sunday morning and announce " I'm home this morning, can you come over and give a quote asap". To me these people are not "in a rush", mostly just pricks that want everything done on their terms only, city folk from the premium postcodes etc. I...- Chris E
