    One of my engineer technician tricks when moving heavy stuff the formally trained and credentialed engineers scoffed at me saying I'd be able to do. More bets won. They were easy marks, early on in our interactions anyway. :D

    Has a larger volume capacity than mini buckets, so yes, I think so. You can end up with some pretty long hauls doing that sort of trail work.

    Where it is perfect is for spreading gravel or wood chips for surfacing on a foot trail.

    We had a newer one as well, later in my time with the Forest Service. It had rubber tracks and a big white HD poly dump barrow on it. I never was on a job with that one, but I heard it was a good machine as well. No idea what brand it was, sadly. If I saw one I'd probably recognize it, but...

    I used a similar machine for trail work...we called it a Toter, but I'm not sure if that was a brand name or not. It did a great job, but it was slow. But since you walked behind it to operate, that wasn't much of an issue on trails. Might be frustrating on open ground where the operator...
