It was very pleasant mid 70's daytime temps when we were there. We soaked in the late afternoons, mid 60's, so just about perfect. (Fahrenheit, :))
You sure have seen a lot of the western US. Kudos. It takes some extra effort to get to Hart Mountain.
The round barn was built in the late 1800's. Peter French actually designed and had his crews build at least half a dozen similar ones. One main advantage to the round design was to allow training teams of horses to pull wagons, indoors during the winter.
