    You're right, I probably couldn't break a very big limb. I was rolling a loop over the line but it was walking the rope up the limb. I will play around with the spiral. Like I said, I am new at this. Appreciate the helpful conversation so far.:)

    That's awesome, I'm going to have to give that a try. Do I need to be more careful when selecting a branch/crotch with that system? Doesn't that put twice the load on the branch/crotch? And what is a blind cut?
