Prefab seafood medley alfredo. Dinner in a bag. costs about 6 bucks for the bag and it will feed my wife and I with ease. They make several different types but this is a favorite at the house.
I had a couple pieces of backstrap venison I was given and we grilled that up with steamed broccoli and some cook-and-serve chocolate pudding. I hate instant pudding.
Took what was left of the turkey after I took most of the meat off it and threw it in a stewpot. Took the the bones out then added some rice, corn, broccoli, celery, and smoked wild hog sausage to the mix. Don't know what to call it but it tastes pretty good.
