    That being the case then it would be good idea to enhance the engine a tad bit so it uses more fuel .You certainly don't want to run the chain dry.;)

    Now that you brought that subject up I might add that the 2100 I have really blows the oil also . It is supposed to be adjustable but as yet I haven't figured it out .Never the less it will blow oil off the end of a 36 " .

    Ah so ,perhaps the slot in the shaft is a tad bit longer .That would make sense .

    While you are at it if you would ,try and see if you can what difference exists between the pumps if possible .

    I agree with the 30 dollar deal however on some of this stuff there are no upgrade parts .

    The question is what is different about it ? Is the slot on the shaft wider,longer maybe .? It seems that do to my ignorance I didn't fully understand how those things worked . It's just a flat stop on a shaft ,about like the ones used on certain Poulans ,Husqvarnas . I'd almost bet that...

    Stihl at least in my book only lists one pump for the 66 and I assume this would be the 660 also ---1122-640-3205 .Somebody someplace mentioned some parts to be replaced to pep it up a bit but I think it was the site Andy hangs on . It could have been Ed H .I really can't remember .
