I think that plant is Swedish owned. Lots of foreign companies are setting up pellet plants in the US and exporting the pellets. It makes more sense than just buying raw timber, as pellets are far more energy dense for shipping, and the US has (currently) plenty of raw material.- Thor's Hammer
