Wasn't sure where to put this. It's a hot deal, but we don't have a hot deals thread. It's not much of an article, but this is the closest I think. Need an FFL in MD :^(

I'm wondering how you guys calculate effort on removals. I realize there's a lot of ifs, ands, and buts, but what do you generally consider most expedient? The options are bomb pieces out with lots of ground cleanup, or rig out to gently lower, hopefully keeping things mostly intact.
I don't know where this originally came from, or how accurate/precise it is, but it might be interesting for the dog owners here to pay attention, and see if it plays out with their dogs...
Helped Mike take down a couple dead limbs off a red oak. Mike climbed. Everything went really well. Took a little time to setup the rigging, but it went smooth as butter. Fun day :^)
Got off work today and put my bag on top of my proposed ash "anvil" I saved. When I picked the bag up, I noticed these unusual(?) inclusions. Anyone see anything like this?
I didn't watch the long. I'm assuming it's the same as your older videos. I like the clap transition. It's entertaining, and it's become kind of a "trademark" I associate with your videos.
