 I could hear a rattle in the muffler. Plus I found this.
I had the NLA air filters for owner to purchase. Knew pretty much what the rattle was going to be.
Put on a new impulse and fuel lines and this 54cc was ready to cut. Rattle was the inner bolt came out. Baffle keeps it from...
Local contacted me about buying a 2001 OE 372xp. I have so many saws in that cc I just dont need it.
I offered to picked it up and look over for my chainsaw repair group. Selling price I was told 400 PHO.
I pulled it down some, checked over and even put a b+c on it to test out.
Had a line...
SMH again. I keep telling this firewood cutter. Chips not dust and check that air filter from time to time.
She was getting passed into carb ven some too.
I been running the stihls for years too. 150-084's ported and stock.
These are for the guys on a budget IMO and for saws that are no longer made.
Dont forget Zama is china made and stihl owned. Stihl even has a chainsaw factory in china now too. Along with many other company's.
I'd...
I wish they would make all clones blue or anything different then OEM.
It pizzes me off seeing folks getting ripped off by the scammers selling the clones as oem with oem decals and badges.
Clone 372's are orange but just seen a all blue 372. Hope they all go that way.
Was sent a clone to check out and test a few weeks ago. G660 Gen 3
Thanks Lucas and Manny for the chainsaw to shakedown and see what they are about finally too.
Just tested and tuned before and during cuts.
Holzfforma G660 They were on sale retail for $319 shipped...
Rode hard put up wet came in. Hard to start, chain brake not working - broke, wont shut off - wires wore through, got loud - heat shield broke in half and missing and list goes on. :wack:
Got to love getting paid to test tune the big boys after a carb rebuild. 121.6cc 41"
He left smiling.
Couldnt believe how far off the low side was from the factory with them dang epa white plastic stops on it. H was about right. Good to go now. ;)
Now the muffler on this one was wide open and race ported.
Video of muffler. Test with a dubbed up chain.

Please tell me you that wasnt a 3120 up in the tree with you?
He was talking about the 3120 muffler I did for a practice saw.
Great video by the way.
Jason Egan, Egan Performance Saws in ID doing the porting on this one too. Just like the last one I had a local send to him. It is a monster in the cuts too.
Good dude and very honest to deal with.
Unlike a local guy I wont use or send folks to. He is a real POS!
