That's a fuel pump drive coupling on a Beckett oil burner.

Is that one of those stupid locking lug nut sockets? Any vehicle I ever bought with those, I immediately swapped them out for standard lug nuts. I am not a fan of wasting money on aftermarket wheels and nobody steals stock wheels. Is stealing wheels even a thing any more? That was so 1980s...

Yes, you don’t get that amount of gear being completely hopeless. Like I said, a career defining mistake.

Looks like it may have set back or the wedge was getting no support. Maybe doesn't know to bore a wedge hole in a closed backcut.
