I canned 31 quarts of tomatoes so far. Might try pressure canning putting some peppers and onions in. Going to try freezing some as well. They took forever to ripen but have loads of them now. Probably send some to farmers market if friends don't want them.

Future "Charlie beef" for my freezer.
