Am I the only one that has been tested for antibodies?

You might remember back in January, I got tested because my daughter and son-In-law came for Christmas and brought us the London variant. They both had it while they visited, neither really showing symptoms other than not being able to smell and a slight headache. The day they left, I had a headache and was tired.

When they got back to London they tested and had the antibodies. When I tested, it showed I had one of the the antibodies.

When I went to be with my mom, I basically went into COVID central. A total of 4 of her caretakers had been in her house with COVID and one was still there. The one that was still there tested positive after my mom had tested positive, so it was not like she was going to give it to my mom. The positive caretaker stayed upstairs and rested for a day or two then was back down to help with my mom.

I wore a mask, washed my hands and was as “safe” as possible but was surely exposed again. So far,14 days out, I’m fine.

Hubby John also has the antibodies. He was in my moms house as well and is doing fine.

Neither of us has been vaccinated nor are we going to be vaccinated, we feel like our own antibodies are doing what they are supposed to do. I would love to be a part of a study that is looking at natural immunity.

Every single newscast on every single channel has multiple stories going on and on about vaccines. Even on the local FOX channel they haven't even mentioned the hundreds of thousands of people who have already been exposed and have natural antibodies, which are much stronger than the narrow range antibodies in the vaccines. This is how the media lies to us, every single day. They lie through omission. They tell us part of the story. They do this on every single topic, and people eat it up.

Gigi, your idea of studies is a valid one, and there have been ones done already showing that natural immunity derived from surviving it is multiple times more effective than all the jabs. I already pointed this out here: Regarding Covid - https://www.masterblasterhome.com/threads/regarding-covid.23313/post-1059759

To further your idea, from what I've read, they need to now start doing studies related to B cell and T memory cell tests. These are the parts of the immune system that retain the info to identify and then generate the anti-bodies and other cleanup organisms that help the body. The anti-bodies are not long lived and only provide a smaller window of identification as to whether immunity has been achieved or not.

But, as Brett and Brian point out, the narrative from the powers that be (TPTB), don't want that information or any other treatments to gain traction, as it ruins the scripture from big pharma and their captured henchmen in public health authorities that only vaccines/jabs can be the cure.

I don't and will never support a "Show your papers" scenario related to my medical decisions, especially for a virus that most people have a 99+% chance of surviving, if they even catch it and suffer illness symptoms. It's never been done before, and is just one more major step towards a totalitarian state that should be rejected by all.

Voting is a right. US citizens have rights in the US. Non citizens residing in the US have a subset of those rights.

Text of the 19th amendment...

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation

I said medical decisions Kyle, nothing to do with age or established citizenship (which you have by way of who you are/where you were born). My health and my body are my business and only my business. The risks I take related to them are also my business.

Agree w/Stephen on voting rights. I am okay with providing evidence of who I am for background checks related to firearm sales, but believe the whole regulatory process and arbitrary laws (especially in the socialist hellhole state I live in), should mostly be s-canned.

I don’t support “papers” to own firearms or to vote. Showing ID to vote is simply a way to thwart those who would vote multiple times. Not to mention, the right to bear arms and voting are outlined in the Constitution. I can’t imagine the founders ever thought the right to “travel” would be endangered...but if they had, they’d surely have addressed it.

Oh well...if travel becomes impeded over such absolute nonsense as whether or not one has had a vaccine, I guess I can put up a toll gate and charge folks to travel my road...

Do you support papers for gun rights, or voting rights?
Not the same issue.

I'm not a weapon, so I don't need papers to show that the gov knows I'm a weapon, or so wherever I go, that place has documentation and authorization to have me a weapon in their possession. Nor do I have to prove my identity to go shopping or whatever. Who cares if multiple people get a flight in my name, or go buy food at a restaurant in my name or with a dead person's identity. The service is paid for and has no significance on the country like voting does.

Kinda cute the way some of you brag about your country being on par with the worst African shit-hole countries, when it comes to elections.
Is that a new form of patriotism?

We haven't seen much of the Flu lately.
Social distancing has been hard on it.

I usually get the vaccine every year, because of my compromised immune system, but last year I didn't and this year there doesn't seem to be much of a reason, either.
