Looks real tasty. We had pork chops I smoked on the grill, brown rice, and a nice salad. Simple as it comes, gooder than most more complicated menus.

I offered my beef stew to Rob (a vet) but he already ate. Dave is a vet and had some.

I doubt you would consider my stew poorly Jim.
Just happens I had some meat scraps and fat to render off a large cross rib roast. So I chunked some meat up and used the renderings I had cooked down over 3 days...
