I went totally " Italian Grandma" last weekend and spent the whole weekend making and canning tomato sauce.
The poly tunnel has been great for tomatoes this summer, so I had plenty to can.

I have been canning beets, jalapenos and cucumbers.

    I need a green house.
There are but two seasons. Winter, and preparing for winter.

Snake and gator. Gator tastes like frogs legs but more meat. Never had snake.

Bleh. I'd turn veggie before I'd chow down that action I think?

That is a damn fine use for a snake. Especially one that is not supposed to be there.

My kids skilled a rattler and brought it home.

    I did not cook it.
