I won't lie, I talk a big game, but they'd get pretty fat around my place, and probably oversocialised, much like "my" quail. Had a pair of Montezuma's Quail show up this past spring. Haven't seen them in a while, but I'm still feeding like there coming around. I think they moved down the ridge as it cooled off.

I've been feeding the skwerls in my back yard for 4 years. I buy a case of Planter's low salt peanuts every other month from Amazon. I've had up to 12-13 skwerls at a time but I think I am just fattening them up for the owls and hawks. Currently only have about 6 coming around.

Actually thats exactly my conclusion.

Subtract the farmers tan from young "Johnny" and his skin tone is very similar to "Jane's", not a perfect match, but strikingly close when you consider all the colors of the human rainbow.
Their profiles are also very similar, denoting similar bone structure, and possible shared ancestry.

And yes, I am really fun a parties. See how that 30 second meme entertainment has been stretched out for how long now? Even if you read all posts concerning this meme back to back, as fast as you can, your time and enjoyment have been prolonged by this discussion. Haha, I'm interesting! 🤪
