First pic I think may just be a funny antitheft device for a lighter. Second pic is a bag of dirt acting as an electric ground for the system.
 
@lxskllr How did they get it in there? Where there is crack, there is a way. Never underestimate the creativity of crackheads...nor the lack of creativity haha It's those meth tweakers you really have to worry about because their high lasts 15x longer.
