What do you think Butch, Guys/Gals?

Tree doctors, climber injuries /healthcare or whatever is best for the title. In the elders or open forum.

Anyway somewhere dedicated to sharing info on injuries, recovery, illness, allergies, meds etc. past experiences, what helped/what didn't. All in one easy to find spot?

Just a thought .

I was released from my rheumatologist. But before I left we talked about hobbies etc. I told him about myself climbing trees and having a part time tree care company.

He got my chart back out and began talking about my symptoms. Long story short
He wrote down thoracic outlet syndrome and told me to give it to my cardiologist next week. And told me if it wasn't looked into by cardio to call him back and he would get me into a thoracic specialist.

He told me it didn't explain all my symptoms but he would bet money I would be diagnosed with it if it's followed up on.

Anyway apparently it's becoming a big deal with rock climbers and I found quite a bit of info on it in those forums. I think it could be a tree guys issue as well.

Here are a few links and basic info on it.

So what does everyone think?

I hear what you're saying Denver. But I also get that a forum can become real cluttered if there's a sub-forum for everything. I do agree that there is often interesting info passed around The House about ailments and cures.

It blows my mind when I actually count all the forums and subforums at AS.

Yea makes sense. Hadn't really thought about the clutter it could cause. It is one of the reasons I don't fool around on any of the others. They do seem like a maze.

Just a thought on my end

Lol

You could start a thread with a good title and I could stick it for a while, see what happens. I'd put it in the Odds and Ends forum maybe?

A sticky does sound like a better idea. May be worth a shot! See where it goes.

I like your thinkin boss!
