Lightweight rigging line?

I have several 3 strands I use, most 1/2 inch..different lengths for pulling/rigging stuff...one 3/4 inch piece about 90 feet long with a spliced eye that i hang a block from and rig heavier stuff.

3 strand is good stuff.

I think I'd go the other way, using a stretchy rope, since there is less in the system.
Nothing wrong with low stretch polyester for light limb lowering.

This thread is cool as it reminded me that Cowboy Dave used to have an old 3/8th DB line. I'm just now getting some new lines from daNTRAWL.COM and will get some..... I'm getting PS Ropes 1/2" DB, which is equivalent to Samson's SB, and more DS Composite, 9/16th, which with its spectra core, is 19k tensile...for lifting/pulling only....or hanging an entire tree
