so ill keep it quick
moved to tucson, bought a nice house outside of town, 240k home for 137k....6 yr old 2200 sq ft, 4 br 2 ba, 2 car garage.
laid off 3 days after we closed on it,
just got hired on at the university of arizona as an arborist, which is like a dream come true, salary, bennies, etc

and ive had time to play with my kids,
and work on our farm, at another property we keep 2 hogs, (going to slaughter soon) and a herd of dairy goats, 2 males, ( 1 is a buck, the other is castrated)
2 females, just had 4 babies total,...
and the kids keep growing,
wife just got her real estate liscence
and they want me to haul ass to dinner so, here i go

I found a video of the arboretum last night after seeing your post in Bob's thread, but can't seem to find it again.:scratch:
