Motorcycling.

It's the worst for sure!

I can ride right from my place into the local riding mecca, tons of dirtbike single track, race pits, jumps. Seems endless. Yesterday i road street and dirt. And I'm just about to head off to work on my street machine again. Spring is prime for the dirt, way less dust and nice temps.

I hit up a local demo days today and road a couple of new yamahas. A super tenere and a wr250r. Just stumbled across it at a local dealer and that's what they had available. Was cool to try out a couple of different bikes.

This is a bit strange:

Hollister Hills is a State Vehicular Recreation Area or Roost Box....

So much fun... 40 miles of single track through Oak Savannah and thick canyon bottoms loaded with poison oak...

Pretty sure I've got it but whatever, can't be skeered.

Sounds like a good time, besides the itchy part.

I've been on a street bike riding blitz. Weather has been awesome. Really enjoying the old f4i. A stellar machine for its day, and still a perfect blend of functional sportbike imo.

Tonight we hit the dirt, but hopefully not literally. My wife is still wiping out nearly every time we head out on dirtbikes. She's been talking about throwing in the towel on the dirt scene altogether. :whine:
