Height makes rigging easier. That's amateur knowledge. Ill rig out a tall tree any day over a tree with targets 8 feet under the limbs. Act like you know.

Early season pricing sucks. I'm trying to coach myself not to do it. Easier said then done. I long to taste a packed schedule again but have to remind myself how bitter it feels to be busy yet making very little money.

It's Benn The Tree Surgeon. It's official and won't be reversed.

Yet again, Benn kills big oaks in tight spaces in a quick fashion with no damage. I hereby name him, Benn the Tree Surgeon.

Truthfully I only joke. Cultures vary. It would be asinine to think that tree care is a universal approach. I wonder what they do in Africa?

Y'all don't like to leave much meat on the bone over there. When you guys say trim, you sure mean it. When you guys tell the barber you want a trim, does that mean right down to the skull?:P

I've lowered off of all kind of ridiculous crap earlier on. Right down to steel snaps tied to a piece of half inch line as a sling. You can get away with a lot of dumb combos if you use your head and know how big you can and can't go. I used to love the heck out of 1" nylon slings with a steel...

We don't get a whole ton of biggish trees around here but we get some white pines and sycamores that get some size to them. My avatar is 12 foot logs from 4 white pines I climbed and took down one time.

I never really have work pics. This is as close as it gets. About 120' white pine. It was a good 42" at the felling cut. All done. Stump ground.

That's the catch. You are the one removing it. The crane op is the one moving material. They're better at that then us. It's a winning combo.

Maybe I could...... But then again, I might end up getting my head broken, or accidentally seducing a woman who isn't beautiful.

Well the truth is that my signature doesn't really apply to who I am. Well, portions of it. I don't really seduce wonen(plural) or break heads. I just had to capture and save hilarious drunken rambling from Ed one time.
