Seems even more worthwhile to get another print run together, Jerry. If you could use some financial backing, I'm willing to visit about that. A revision is WAY more work, for sure...but might be even more of a good seller. Either way, if I can help at all, holler.

Some of us have been trying to talk Jerry into doing a revision for more than a few years now. I still think he'd produce a book that would in the very least match the sales of the first. I wish he'd reconsider.

The difference between Dent's work and Jerry's is just plain readability. You have to get down in the mud and worry at it like a dog on a bone to make sense of much of Doug's book, though the truths are there, nuggets of gold all. But with Jerry's text, it's so much more clear and...

Reprints are not a viable option, Jer? If you need an investor class to make that a go, I'd bet cloud funding like Jaime has done with his SRT tool could be successful.

I can't argue, Brian. For sheer impressiveness, including great pictures, not much can compete. It's a fine book that also needs to be in the hands of anyone who appreciates the challenges of working in big timber.
