    The flat washer will be on the end of the stem. Pull them out and look for a replacement when you have one in hand. Unless you see scratches or dings on the plate the washer seats on or tightens against, just try new washers. Or wait until Mike chimes in with his advice...likely to be better...

    Old school for sure. Mike will be sure to know, but I think you are looking at replacing flat washers held in place by a screw through the center, landing on flat metal (with a hole in the center the water enters through) that possibly might need smoothing if worn through washers were in place...
