One thing to consider with diet, certain foods like vegetables do not have the same amount of nutrients in them as in times past. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/soil-depletion-and-nutrition-loss/

For the last month or so, when someone grips too hard on a hand shake it feels like they're crushing a broken bone in my hand below my pinky finger. Never have any soreness or pain in that area other the then handshake, weird. Must be work related but have no idea, it's hard to remember not to shake.

Yeah, Butch has got it. When I was climbing full time I'd wake up in the nite and my hands would be locked up like that and curled over kinda like a mummy. I think I was dehydrated and drinking too much beer. I've learned that water alone does not hydrate very well, I drink an emergency every morning now and one at lunch when it's hot out haven't had that happen in awhile, also stopped caffeine. I tried the magnesium for awhile and it helped with stress and sleep too but messed up my guts too much.

that's a neat looking grinder, I like how the control box is cantilevered out like that! We ditched our Alpine Magnum, turns out I'm not that tough after all.

Interesting. Yes, my original notion was based off of a historical fiction short I read in high school about "the first domestic dog" was a curious wolf who let a human feed and touch him, his pack would not let him return so he had no choice to return and beg scraps from the human.

ha Butch that is awesome. Encountering a pack of those wolves would probably be the end of the line for most but to think someone befriended one of those beasts and made it his pet is some seriously manly shit! Maybe the scientists can make a clone of the dire wolf and sell them to zoos and drug dealers and probably putin would want a pack too.

Bump. For anyone out there with a small biz jobber is still kicking ass for us, give it a try if you need some organizational help. I wonder if the jobber account still checks in here? Been having a small glitch the last few days actually... but I still love jobber. PS- Chris E, if you're out there.... how ya doin, man?

Hi Rich, I'll agree with Butch, sounds like you're doing right by your kids. My oldest started training Muay Thai last winter at 5, he's 6 now. it's not super serious but he really has enjoyed, seems like a good thing for the youth. A bit expensive though, I might have to start cleaning the bathroom at the gym if my younger son gets involved too.
