It was pretty terrible butch. Results from my Cta and chest echo were good. The docs and radiologist said I had a textbook heart. And there were no signs of any issues. I didn?t get to talk to the doctor about my results ( I wasn?t happy about that) I had several questions on options and where/what I need to look into next. His Nurse practitioner was pretty clueless. All she said was that I may want to look into a neurologist. So I guess it?s back to my PCP and see what they say. I?m guessing a pulmonologist is next in the list . In the meantime my wife went to the doc for a cough she has had for years. I rekin they are thinking she has bad asthma. I think she will get results next week.

Not saying I wouldn?t try something for mood. I?ve been supplementing with 5htp for a little while now. Can?t say that it has or hasn?t helped. Also started a multivitamin a few weeks ago. Would just prefer to figure out a more natural way I guess. Or figure out what I?m doing wrong. Keep it as natural as possible and as much synthetic stuff out of me as I can. I?ve done a bit of the research on diet exercise etc. I pitched diet soda out the window a while ago. Supposedly aspartame is bad for your mental health too. I do have a terrible diet. But I?m working on that too. Sean one of these days I may have to take you up on that. Heck I?d be tickled to camp outside over there!

Would love to sometime Sean. I?m begging my wife to change vacation plans from Florida to heading out there. My aunt and uncle ( they live in Dallas Texas) Are in Washington state right now on vacation. They are keeping me updated with pics from all the parks they are visiting. They are at Olympic National Park for now and are wanting to go Rainier as well. One of these days a good working/learning vacation would be nice.

I would prefer to never have to take any ?mood? medication. Friends say there?s no way I have anxiety. But who know. My brain is constantly running faster than an idle pace I guess you could say. Can?t turn it off when it needs to or should be. If that?s anxiety then yea I probably have it. I?m usually quick to learn something new and take off with it. Climbing/rigging has serious f up consequences so maybe I overthink a lot of aspects of it when I shouldn?t. Yea Sean still self teaching. It?s a slow go. Would be great to here a ?your good keep going? every now and then. I haven?t found anyone here close that climb or do much more than a bombs away type of operation. and a few of the crews are a little shady. I go back to doc this week to see what my CTA and chest echo said. Hopefully all will be good and eventually I?ll be told it?s in my head and that I?m overworking or something to that extent. Haven?t been in a tree in 2 months do to the docs recommendations 😢. So I hope they come to some conclusion before to long.

Not really an injury. But has anyone ever had anxiety issues or just really overthought a sketchy job to the point that you wanted to walk away, kept you up at night. Etc etc. I?ve caught myself overthinking things. With work and just general everyday stuff. Talked myself out of doing what I want because of the ? what if?s?. What do you do to push through what the back of your mind is doing and just get it done. I don?t do drugs, smoke , or drink so that knocks out some of the more common solutions 😂😜. I?ve thought many times damn I need a beer tho.

When I was experimenting....with different things( and I have a lot of gear I don?t use) I always went back to the dmm hitchclimber pulley or the pinto to tend a hitch. Isc just came out with a new one that looks pretty slick too. I like for the inside of the side plates and sheave to be as close to diameter of my rope as possible so the hitch will sit on top and not get sucked down into the pulley.

Yikes.... just looked up some rental homes in marathon. Cheapest was 2500 a month for a 2 bed 550sq home. You are right Very expensive to live down there . I bet it?s worth it tho if you can keep the bills paid.

I enjoy the gulf. Haven?t been on the east coast. I wouldn?t mind living in a smaller town that?s nice and quiet(if there are any down there). If I had my pick I?d head NW Oregon, Washington State, Montana would be more my thing. Where I?m at now there is just nothing! Lol

Not really milling but I believe I like this company. High end rowers made from hardwoods. Pricey but pretty awesome! https://www.waterrower.com/

Hydrogen peroxide...... things were about to get serious when Mom pulled that out of the cabinet. Went to cardiologist yesterday... nothing to really report. He said the thoracic outlet syndrome was a possibility but wasn?t really concerned about that at the moment. Go to hospital next week for a heart echo w/ a bubble study, and a CTA after that. The bubble study sounds interesting. I always thought air/bubbles in your veins/heart was a bad thing.
