I was walking down the street when I was accosted by a particularly dirty and shabby-looking homeless man who asked me for a couple of dollars for dinner. I took out my wallet, extracted ten dollars and asked,"If I give you this money, will you buy some beer with it instead of dinner?" "No, I had to stop drinking years ago," the homeless man replied. "Will you use it to go fishing instead of buying food?" I asked. "No, I don't waste time fishing," the homeless man said.."I need to spend all my time trying to stay alive." "Will you spend this on hunting equipment?" I asked. "Are you NUTS!" replied the homeless man. "I haven't gone hunting in 20 years!" "Well," I said, "I'm not going to give you money. Instead, I'm going to take you home for a shower and a terrific dinner cooked by my wife." The homeless man was astounded. "Won't your wife be furious with you for doing that? I replied, "Don't worry about that. It's important for her to see what a man looks like after he has given up drinking, fishing and hunting."

I've not heard it used before...guessing it refers to rear or undercarriage blades. It's usually push, plow, or removal when when attached with snow.

Actually Roberts called it a tax in his opinion...as did Mitch McConnell "So what did Roberts actually say? "The text of a statute can sometimes have more than one possible meaning," the chief justice said in the majority opinion. "To take a familiar example, a law that reads 'no vehicles in the park' might, or might not, ban bicycles in the park. And it is well established that if a statute has two possible meanings, one of which violates the Constitution, courts should adopt the meaning that does not do so. Justice Story said that 180 years ago: 'No court ought, unless the terms of an act rendered it unavoidable, to give a construction to it which should involve a violation, however unintentional, of the Constitution.' ... Justice Holmes made the same point a century later: 'he rule is settled that as between two possible interpretations of a statute, by one of which it would be unconstitutional and by the other valid, our plain duty is to adopt that which will save the act.' ..."

No Jim. I used to love listening to the Sunday morning police report up North at my friends place though...it was hilarious.

Maybe... We know we get individualised advertisements both in print and on the web. Why would politics, which at the same general level of brand sales and catchy slogans, be any different?
