Now I look at it again you are correct. When I was up the tree it reminded me of a fish fillet. Spine and bones after one fillet had been removed.

Good luck Butch. I can relate to the colonoscopy fart. The air they blow in is more uncomfortable than the actual procedure. I let rip during the procedure, hopefully it hummed as I wasn’t in the best mood. Lol.

Wow. Well done gents. A nice gesture from Raj... then receiving the 2nd book from Brett. Surely that is instant Karma in action? https://youtu.be/xLy2SaSQAtA

I use this all the time. Tie off just close to balance point. Sideways gob gut and get the ground staff to put a bit of tension on. Back cut and watch the hinge do it’s work. Hold the line until the piece has cleared whatever it need to then lower to break hinge. It alway gets me wondering when some guys put the gob in the top and expect two ground staff to lift a heavy limb... different matter when a grcs, smart winch, skid steer is present.

If a ladder is there and it is needed Iíll use it. Depends on a number of things. Working in a beautiful spot yesterday by Norwayís largest river. Summer cottage on the shore. Quite a few of the trees have blown over so we were removing some of the largest. 6 done yesterday, climbed around power lines etc. Previously we managed to tell another 11.

Word won’t make much difference Butch but for what it’s worth, all the best. Keep on toking... do you have decent source of oils in your neighbourhood?

Ryan, ever thought of choosing a few cuts a bit to allow you to flip the bits towards the exit point? IMO it is the sign of a great as opposed to good climber, as it makes clear up a lot quicker and smoother, whether on your own or with a crew. Shame about the stick poke mind, but nice work.

Haha. A happy family. Healthy kids and a good woman. I am happy, so I guess I have achieved it. On a materialistic note a G63 AMG or a 911 turbo. Had a 911, none turbo for a few weeks when I was younger. It was a blast but not really sustainable as a daily motor, at least on my current pay grade.

Cory, I was going to go to the gym to watch it as there was a bit of a get together. Prelims started about 00.30 Norwegian time. I decided against it as I would be up till daybreak. I am guessing the fight was around 6am ish. I woke up at 7.30 and checked the inter webs and all the news was breaking.

I was basically just cutting out bread and pasta and rice. Occasionally I would eat carbs but very few. Mostly I was eating protein in the form of meat and fish and eggs and nuts etc. I now still eat pretty healthy and still keep the bread intake down, although I do occasionally eat pizza or pasta. I tend to eat a fair bit of rice these days but very few potatoes.

Thatís about the long and the short of it. Everything in moderation and keep moving. I cut out carbs and ate almost only protein and veg a few years ago. Not a good idea. After quite a few trips to doctors and the odd camera up my jacksie, they discovered Diverticular desease. A condition caused by these modern diets and not enough fibre. Basically, the intestine wall gets small holes in it that heal over. This is due to the stress caused from peristalsis not actually having enough shit to move, straining the wall of the intestine and possible leading to other, more sinister conditions. The moral of that one is eat a bit more sensibly and exercise.

I hope Khabib knock him the F Out. Connor’s antics of late are rediculous. He is a prime time cock. A rich one, but still a cock. You can’t deny though, he is a great fighter.

Seems to have gone quiet on the Eastern-Murph front. Come on Daniel, time to step up and prove you are not just “all cock and no balls!” Stig has laid down the offer. Take it up. You may learn a thing or two.

The good news is there is an Arb camp this weekend in Norway and Kevin bingham is supposed to be there. Bad news is the Norsk?s Trepleie Forum don?t tell anyone anything so I found out third hand on Monday. The missus is away in Germany working and I am stuck on daddy duty. At least I don?t have to see this abomination... petzl?s offering for single line working. Looks terrible. After all the time to develop it and this is what they come up with... wtf!!!
