Ryan, ever thought of choosing a few cuts a bit to allow you to flip the bits towards the exit point? IMO it is the sign of a great as opposed to good climber, as it makes clear up a lot quicker and smoother, whether on your own or with a crew. Shame about the stick poke mind, but nice work.

Butch, if I were invisible I wouldn't be getting into all sorts of trouble... I'd be getting away with it. ;)

Haha. A happy family. Healthy kids and a good woman. I am happy, so I guess I have achieved it. On a materialistic note a G63 AMG or a 911 turbo. Had a 911, none turbo for a few weeks when I was younger. It was a blast but not really sustainable as a daily motor, at least on my current pay grade.

Cory, I was going to go to the gym to watch it as there was a bit of a get together. Prelims started about 00.30 Norwegian time. I decided against it as I would be up till daybreak. I am guessing the fight was around 6am ish. I woke up at 7.30 and checked the inter webs and all the news was breaking.

I was basically just cutting out bread and pasta and rice. Occasionally I would eat carbs but very few. Mostly I was eating protein in the form of meat and fish and eggs and nuts etc. I now still eat pretty healthy and still keep the bread intake down, although I do occasionally eat pizza or pasta. I tend to eat a fair bit of rice these days but very few potatoes.

It was certainly a strange state of affairs. Khabib schooled him.

Thatís about the long and the short of it. Everything in moderation and keep moving. I cut out carbs and ate almost only protein and veg a few years ago. Not a good idea. After quite a few trips to doctors and the odd camera up my jacksie, they discovered Diverticular desease. A condition caused by these modern diets and not enough fibre. Basically, the intestine wall gets small holes in it that heal over. This is due to the stress caused from peristalsis not actually having enough shit to move, straining the wall of the intestine and possible leading to other, more sinister conditions. The moral of that one is eat a bit more sensibly and exercise.

I hope Khabib knock him the F Out. Connor’s antics of late are rediculous. He is a prime time cock. A rich one, but still a cock. You can’t deny though, he is a great fighter.

Seems to have gone quiet on the Eastern-Murph front. Come on Daniel, time to step up and prove you are not just “all cock and no balls!” Stig has laid down the offer. Take it up. You may learn a thing or two.

The good news is there is an Arb camp this weekend in Norway and Kevin bingham is supposed to be there. Bad news is the Norsk?s Trepleie Forum don?t tell anyone anything so I found out third hand on Monday. The missus is away in Germany working and I am stuck on daddy duty. At least I don?t have to see this abomination... petzl?s offering for single line working. Looks terrible. After all the time to develop it and this is what they come up with... wtf!!!

Nice pruning vid Reg. Watched the first half on site this morning waiting for the others for the crew to turn up. Had a decent sized spready oak to do myself this morning. More of a raise, light thin and deadwood. How long were you up the tree for ? Toothache is a bitch. Hope you get sorted out.

biggun replied to a thread The MS150 Has Arrived in Chainsaws!
Both mine are great I have them exhaust modded and a timing advance in one of them. I think the extra life in the modded saws helps to keep the bar groove clean. I read somewhere that on some of them a small piece of plastic hasn’t been punched out correctly during the manufacturing process. Could be worth a look.

I don't cut out wheat per se, but I do try to limit the amount of bread I eat. Plus carbs, again not exclusively, but I try to eat more veg and protein these days. I also take CBD oil in a tincture 2 times daily. Aches and pains seem to go. As for anxiety, i prefer to make it up as I go along rather than make a movie in my head about how the day will go. I much prefer to rock up and then have to think on my feet. This can't always be the case unfortunately, such as the jobs that require road closures, or heavy machinery.
