Me either. What's that inside core made of? The construction almost reminds me of coax cable. :)

It has a Sherrill splice on it, I have no idea who made it though. I have never seen a core like that, the grey center is a bonded group of extremely thin fiber...
Its weird
 
Lighting by Sampson.... it was s Sherrill special super light weight 16 strand that they took off the market.....lots of stretch if I remember right
 
Nick, I thought you mentioned you thought it might be lightning in a different thread. I think it kind of looked like that but I also think the construction is more like Tachyon. If it's from Sherrill then I bet it has to be lightning.
