My first crane job

Wow, I am usually known as a ' you know', But seriously, Yeah, that was really your first crane job. I hope you do not get mad and stuff, but their were several ( issues) with your job. Great start and keep at it and learn from your mistakes.

Jeff, If you are referring to the large horizontal limbs, then we rigged them as to lever them off the roof, then lift without any swing.. it all worked out swell :))
 
Heck of a job, but no balancers? Must of let some of those cuts twist over and come to rest before the final pick, hey? I'm only guessing with that. couldn't ask for finer weather to do the job. Nice presentation there.
 
Nice job.
That is about as far as it is possible to get from my taste of music, though!
