... came home in my cooler! :|:

I shot this little piggie this morning with the Saiga SKS. She was the straggler in a tight group of 15 or twenty hogs that ran past my stand. There were a couple bigger ones in the group but I couldn't get a clean shot. This one was right at 100 pounds and she dropped right in her tracks with one shot through the heart/lungs at about 30 yards.

I see myself going hunting with him in the near future, if he doesn't mind.

No, I know how to use a gun, and have a few around the house.

Nice Brett! What calibre Saiga? I have one in 7.62x39.....eats any ammo I feed it. I really wanna go hog hunting this year. They're starting to make an appearance in NYS, so I just might get a chance. I've heard FL is overrun with them. Does that 'scope hold zero on that mount?

yup, it's 7.63 X 39. I was using Brown Bear hollow points. I've shot about 50 rounds since putting that scope on and it's still dead on. This is the rifle I got from Jay a couple years back.

Well done Brett! Funny what Willie said!... I had meant to say that I had some half-cured Alder that I wanted to smoke your pig on!:P
