when its leaning back from the pull line and away from you, this can be used effectively and safely.. this one would have been cleared the bucket truck before I moved it, but wanted to show the potential here. I pulled another backleaning top into the only available hole, right where the bucket had been parked, but the camera died. One way of compensating for a bucket that's 20' too short.
