If you need a big saw for the occasional big log that wont break the bank like a new one will, this husky 3120 will geter done.

I have no need for this stock husky 3120 now. It has about 5 hours on the aftermarket top-end. I had used it as a practice saw with 20" and with a 32" for work saw ripping very dry elm etc when needed. Saw will be sold PHO = Power Head Only.
Has UNLIMITED coil installed right now, but could be changed back to a limited 10.5K coil if someone preferred that way. Also has double dawgs that are not installed at this moment. Will come with 7T or 8T, not the 9T in video.

If someone is interested I can get better still pics and more info.

Maybe Carl will buy it. I bet it will cut 12% faster than his 066!:P

I sent a PM, but I'm not sure it went through. I was wondering about price as well, and a few other things. 7T means 7-tooth sprocket? Also - unlimited coil - would you mind explaining that? I know a lot about saws, but not as much as a hot-saw guy. Thanks for your patience.

7-9 never had to add a link except on one occasion so far, on a 084 21" 3/8 063 084 75dl went to 76dl for a 9.
On the 3120 with a 20" 72dl 3/8 050 7-9 was fine. 3120 with 32" 105dl only used 7-8 .

Still no still pics just got in.

Lot of questions here on this. With unlimited coil and out of wood it's turning 13.1K with 20" 3/8 050 72dl. Less r's with longer bars and chains and it's unreal holding r's in the cut with 32" buried. The 10.5k stock coil to me was just holding it back.JMO. Plug looks perfect to me for the fixed H jet WG carbs with the extra r's.

I'll trade you a Browning Citori 12 gauge Over & Under for it!

I got some pics I'm working on and the saw is a 1992, dating the numbers now to make sure again. I even made a list of things I see people my want to know up front.

1. Where rubber deflector is at on chain guard must have been missing at one time, there is a hairline crack in the tank where a thrown chain hit it, doesn't leak and new rubber deflector protects that area now.
2. manual oiler button is misaligned and tip broken off.
3. looks like a chip off the right rear case by the rear mount outside area.
4. chip off case inside case where chain was thrown.
5. handle rubber is worn on left hand side
6. rope is wrong diameter for 3120, it broke cold starting and all I had on hand was 346 dia rope.
7. front muffler support was ran on my other 3120 too, so it has a opening where a muffler mod was on that one.
All in pics shown.

Thats all I can think of.
