awesome stuff, he has a well oiled ground crew for sure :)

Every time I here a saw being run with the spark arrester in it, a mental image comes into my mind of running with my nose pinched shut.....Weird I know

Reg Coates takes the top rung in all rigging video presentations. There is no doubt about it. He is the man.

Not just for what he does, but for the energy he puts forth to present it.

Reg has gone to great lengths to show in detail the intricacies of rigging.

Not saying he's the champ, but his heart is certainly above most.

I like how he slowed some of his stuff & gave two different views of the same scene.

What's that ratcheting gizmo he was using to push the big blocks off?

Being somebody's somebody in a professional capacity, means upholding your standards. Having a good head on your shoulders in other ways too....

Nice work by Reg.

This internet has brought forth more information than most people can really appreciate.

And sorting it all out is the modern day dilemma for all the youngsters.

There is sooo much BS on the net. Too much, but it is the net we log into everyday.

I have met a very tired Reg at a show where he was showing his lowering devices, I really like the calm approach to his work and his crane work in his videos is excellent.

Cool! Welcome to the TreeHouse, mistahbenn!

I want to know more about that block-pushing device he was using to chunk down the stem.

I've only watched the beech removal vids so far but the vids are enjoyable to watch:thumbup:

Hi from Manchester, uk. That's the blockdriver designed by Reg, he's also come up with a range of 3 lowering devices. Check em out, they're greeeaaat! And thanks for the welcome.

Haven't sorted that yet. Am a contract climber in Manchester, work with Reg Coates quite a bit, as well as utility clearence and privates. Love the job, hoping to get to the US very soon!
