What time on the counter do you see any pins coming out,Im not seeing it.
The outfit weighs 13000 kilos=28000 LBs,I bet the counter weight is empty

Near the middle of the clip it showed a close up of the plate , with the pins and pin holes in the structure .

There was also some type of things mounted on the bottom of the tracks which could be seen at the last portion of the clip .

Lordy, that announcer was a motor mouth. Cool stunt!

It only feels that way, when you don't speak german.

Great rendition of Bach's violin concerto number II, by the way!
A lot fresher and more crisp than most.

Seen pics of that but the vid is better! I saw the hooks between the tracks and a bar for them to attach to, smart i'd say. I would be afraid to depend solely on the tracks wedged in like that!

The plate pinned on, that was obvious. What Al mentioned on the tracks was shown at 5:10 where the tracks are held in place.

Very cool stunt, alot of engineering went into the setup, but the execution isn't that technical.

I wonder what that dirt was for, in the beginning. I thought they were gonna set something on it, but it didn't seem like they did anything with it?

I guess they did, and I was looking at the excess pile of dirt.

So they fabricated that tower just for a demonstration? Wow.

It just dawned on me .We have Liebherr automated gantries at work to move parts through the various stages of machining operations .

Thanks for posting, that was amazing!
