Watched a few of the first episodes. Never was sure what to make of him talking to Jesus all the time. That was a little odd to me.

I dig hammocks.
we watched it regularly a couple years ago but its been hard to find, I like the show. Then again I like his stand up, lots of people dont.

It's about a fireman dealing with his addictions, a divorce, life, and a strong sexual drive. He is thinking he is a "savior" to all he helps, but in such a deep state of denial that he can't realize the effects he is impacting on others.
It is well worth watching a couple of episodes. Very enlightening to personal demons.

An awesome series. Denis Leary is from Worcester Mass, just south of Erik and I. He is a true friend of the fire fighting community. I have all of them on DVD.
