Nicely done. Almost looks like a job I would be doing. All I see is dead pine out your way. Almost forgot California has other species. Akron, hmmm. I can take a guess of whoís truck it was. Sucks about the drive shaft. Take a pic of the truck when you get time please. I always like a gratuitous equipment pic. Cory a crane has been discussed but he seems to keep putting it on the back burner. It seems that a crane or kaboom didnít make the budget yet. Working towards it though. Iím prolly taking a road trip with the mechanic in the next week or so to pick up another chip truck or two. New chipper to demo this morning. Still havenít heard when the spiderlift demo is. And some monstrosity Rayco stump grinder is being delivered this week.

Just remember next time don't watch it like this. A police officer has run over two people who were lying on a road watching a lunar eclipse. https://au.news.yahoo.com/couple-lying-road-watching-lunar-eclipse-run-police-car-005929103.html

 Nice. Our yellow vest protesting is still ticking along peacefully and politely here in Canada too. Doesn't even make the news anymore but I see them on the courthouse steps on Saturdays.

You need fiber and the nutrients that veggies contain.... Just think of all the raw nuts, seeds, flowers, stems, roots, and such that primitive man ate.. huge amounts of fiber... You may feel better for a while getting of the grains and carbs , but eventually you're going to need nutrient dense foods as well as good fats and protein... I'll send you a copy of maggies book if you like.. My cousin has a very treatable case of prostate cancer and mostly got the book for a friend of his that has stage 4 colon cancer.. He says he was blown away by the info in there... https://www.amazon.com/Stage-Cancer-Maggie-McGee-Protocol/dp/1548008176/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1548107970&sr=8-1&keywords=maggie+mcgee+protocol

I generally find my Stihl chains for Oregon prices on ebay. Otherwise I wouldn't be using Stihl. Oregon came out with a new more durable chain a while ago, it sounds like it might last as long as Stihl, it costs the same.

Thanks B. And the neighbors were real nice about it. Tree was in decline and 1/2 dead. They expressed relief and happiness nothing got smacked. :D Kudos to the boys on the ground too.. 100 foot drag through 2 gates down the 5-6' wide side of the house with 3 bay windows in it. Chipped all the brush.

Sorry about the truck mang! We had a tight ash day. Took one down and took off the hazards over the patio on the other. Same size. less a leader. hour drive from me for a good client. almost sea level.

Like this here too, for the most part. No generator, don't need it, can borrow the neighbors to cool the fridge/freezer down if power is off more that 72 hours. That's the only problem for us if the power goes down for a significant time. We have a creek and water filter, if the 25 gallons or so of potable water we keep in jugs in the house runs low. Flush the toilets with a bucket of creek water. Propane range top in the kitchen. Woodstove heat. Oil lamps, Coleman lamps, candles. Nothing to it.
