Battery falling off Husqy

Hello I got a H535ixp, battery has 2 side springs to lock, both need to be in to remove it.
Now during climbing several times battery comes off.
Not broken yet, but not good.
Any input or similar happenning to anyone?

Maybe put a velcro strap around it.

I have heard that this happens, not to me to be honest.
I think a glued on Velcro strap is your best bet.

happened to me, almost hit a groundy. since then i use a strap.. husqvarna guy said it was my fault and that they improved their design 🤷

Something has to fall off if the screws won't, it is a chainsaw after all.
