Ocotillo…pain stick plant. Pretty dense there. Sometimes the leaves turn fall colors too.

I think you’re right. I must have forgot them 🤦🏻‍♂️😆 She did grow those white ones, whatever they are…interesting smell.

Winter in the desert is funny. Trees have new green leaves on them while there are still yellow fall leaves hanging on. I think the white ones are forget me nots. My grandmother grew them…along with violets, onions, cilantro, parsley…that I can remember.
