We’re ok here, mostly older people in our hamlet (15 or so houses) so pretty quiet. Over the years we’ve had issues with dogs barking all day and night, but those people have moved away thank god. I use a Blake’s occasionally if it’s on a rope already, little difference to a prussick imo. I’ve never been entirely sure what ‘taut line’ means
