Just got re-activated for another 10 months. Supposed to go through 31 Oct 08. Had grapevine rumor it was to happen, and went ahead and cancelled our insurance on the company for that time frame due to the fact can't work the business and be on active duty. Something to do with the danger of the profession. Can't blame them as another guy that owns a business in Florence, Ms and is in the guard is now paralized due to a bolster breaking and pinning him to the ground. He ran McNair tree service. I will still be able to access this site-I opted to quit the others because I can gather more knowledge here than there. Thanks for all the knowledge I have recieved and all I will get in the future!!

Another tour across the pond. Supposed to be leaving the 9th of Jan for a school up at Ft. Lewis, Washington. If all goes well I will be just a backfill body in case someone gets hurt/ has to come home on emergency leave. Due to all the past deployments- I am not the primary on the list. So if I don't have to go I will be stationed back stateside( here in Ms.) doing Homeland Security detail.:)

Ft. Lewis huh? Are you heading with a Striker force? You will be training about 3 hours from me, and about 45 minutes from where I grew up.
Good luck mang... here's to a safe deployment and a safe return.

Sniper/ counter-sniper sustainment training. Guess it doesn't get cold enough down here for where we will be going- if I have to go. Something about having too many deployments under my belt, yadda yadda yadda. Supposed to be back here around the 25th.
